We are strongly committed to help disadvantaged groups

At Brillosa we have always had a special concern for corporate social responsibility and are firmly committed to help disadvantaged groups.
According to LISMI (Law since 1982), 2% of the companies staff must be disabled workers. In 2015 Brillosa is employing 19 disabled people, which is more than twice the legally required, namely 5%, of our workforce of 370 workers.

We are well aware that companies should help the social integration and improvement of living conditions of these groups at risk of social exclusion. And while we appreciate the support of government agencies to hire them, what really pushes us to do is that we contribute our bit to get people to become skilled, promoting their welfare and improve their quality of life.

Our commitment is reflected in the continued maintenance of a line of Corporate Social Responsibility activities, collaborating with organizations that develop pioneer projects to achieve a higher quality of life for citizens.

In line with the contribution to a fairer and more equal society, we support organizations working in the defense of the rights of individuals and the promotion of equality of opportunity, collaborating with them continuously.
