Brillosa, no. 1 in QUALITY in scoring system of the Government of the Balearic Islands for the selection of cleaning companies.

Since 2015 we work with the Government according to a Framework Agreement for the provision of cleaning services.

The General Directorate of Culture Heritage, Contacts and Public Works, an agency under the Ministry of Public Administration of the Government of the Balearic Islands, published in 2012 an open procedure for the determination of cleaning services in buildings, premises and dependencies, which may contract the entitled companies of this Framework Agreement. The purpose of the above procedure was to select eight cleaning companies in Mallorca and Menorca and five in Ibiza. Many companies, national, multinational and local presented themselves. The criteria were used to select the companies were: Price/m2/year, Quality Plan, Environmental Criteria and Training.

Noting that in the scoring of the Quality Plan, Brillosa obtained the highest score with 18.75 out of 20 possible points in the three batches (Mallorca, Menorca and Ibiza), well above the score of prestigious multinational companies, several only with 0.75 points. Criteria were control of the execution of the service, quality, customer satisfaction and problem resolution. Environmental-friendly measures in relation to minimizing waste were also assessed.

Finally, Brillosa was selected in this new framework agreement to work on exclusivity, along with seven other companies.
